A seasoned employee knows the moment they set foot into the workplace that things are going to fall apart while they're on shift. Whether they have a 6th sense or there's a strange change of pressure in the air on chaos days, if you've been working 40-hour weeks for long enough, the worst work days have begun before you can ever prevent them. 

Like a tsunami, a tornado, or an earthquake, extremely difficult work days are natural disasters that we all secretly fear. Yet still, we trudge off to work every morning after a far-too-early alarm and put our nose to the grinding stone, all for the sake of increasing shareholder value, contributing to society, and most importantly, collecting a paycheck. So even if you've just arrived at work after a tumultuous commute, a semi-crushed sandwich awaits you on your lunch break, beckoning to be the reason you press onward for the rest of the day. 

Because sometimes all we need is a good bite of some decent food on our lunch break to refuel our souls before clocking back in.
